Quest for excellence
Regularly we visit the chateaux so as to follow the key steps of the wine elaboration, from the harvest to the final blend. We do taste samples sent by the estates to select only the very best wines. Other tasting sessions will follow, all along the ageing in our cellars, in order to watch over the evolution of their organoleptic qualities and to advise accurately our customers. To guarantee the excellence of our supplies, We are inflexible on the quality: each and every wine we sell must deserve to be poured in the best places of the world.
Aging and storage
We ensure optimal aging conditions for our wines. All the great wines offered for sale are kept in one of the oldest cellars in Bordeaux, one of the last to be still in operation. The walls naturally guarantee our products a constant temperature and humidity. Located quai de Paludate, in the heart of Bordeaux, this warehouse designed for the storage of wines and spirits permanently houses 500,000 to one million bottles.
